Process
All profiles are engineered from customer drawings. Send us your cross-section and dimensional requirements. We review feasibility, develop tooling, and produce continuously — the same cross-section, the entire length, every run.
Custom profiles require a feasibility review prior to purchase. Cross-sectional area must remain within 75–2,000 mm² with maximum width of 170 mm. Contact us with your drawing.
Profile program
High-conductivity extruded copper round bar for electrical conductors, connector pins, terminal studs, grounding applications, anode bars, and equipotential bonding. Also available as feedstock for drawing, forging, or precision machining.
For machined electrical connectors, fasteners, terminals, and components requiring wrench flats. Dimensions and tolerances produced to customer requirements.
Dedicated extrusion tooling engineered for each cross-section. From simple channels and angles to application-specific electrical profiles. Developed from your drawing.
Round bar · grooved profile
Continuous extrusion delivers the same cross-section over the full length. No surface conditioning required before drawing or machining. Fully recrystallized soft temper as extruded.
Why continuous rotary extrusion
Minimal secondary machining. The profile exits the die at final cross-section, reducing waste and downstream processing cost.
No head/tail crop. Continuous process means the entire feedstock rod becomes finished profile — not scrap.
Fully recrystallized grain structure. High ductility for subsequent forming, bending, or drawing without intermediate annealing.
Available in cut lengths up to 19 ft. Custom packaging available on request. Consistent cross-section over the full length of every bar.
